I never write reviews, but I just had to spread the word about Rich's Auto. Peter was so helpful and knowledgable about every car in his lot. When I chose the car I wanted, he really worked with my budget and low credit to get me the financing payment plan we both were comfortable with. I have to say this was the best customer service I've ever had at any used car lot in the tristate area!

Amazing reliable vehicles at a cheap price. The salesmen are very honest about every car, telling you what the deal is with each individual car! I was able to bargain on the cars price to my comfort level, true business people. The salesman even told me I might be able to find the car somewhere else for cheaper, very honest people. I had a paint job done at this place and it came out looking like a brand new car at a fraction of the cost somewhere else. I've been to every auto repair shop in Philly you can think of, this is easily the best.

Let me assure you of the following:

1. Rich's body shop are MASTERS at what they do--amazing quality of work. Prices are fantastic. Estimates accurate. Quality of work beyond reproach. Mr. Rich is THE MASTER.

2. Their mechanics--especially Mr. Chang--are top flight. If you do not need something, they will not recommend it. Unusual.

3. The Auto Sales folks like Peter are super professional and accommodating.

4. The other three reviews so far are quite accurate. Rich's is a stand-out shop. Kudos

I have never bothered writing a review for anything before but this place deserves one. In fact, they deserve a standing ovation.



I have been ripped off by auto shops before so I was very nervous about this place. My car needed emergency repairs and I happened to break down in front of Rich's. They could have completely scammed me (as Jiffy Lube, among many others would have) but instead they gave me a double oil change (only charging me once) and checked everything that needed checking and found that the only issue was the oil. They tried to charge $30 for the cooling agent they added but were very easy going when I said it needed to be $10.



The total wound up at $44 after tax. They easily could have scammed me out of a hundred dollars saying my cooling unit had a major leak and needed replacing, my transmission needed to replaced, and they could have charged twice for the oil.



Instead they were fantastic and very nice and easy going. They were a little hard to understand at times but when asked to repeat, all was well.



This place was fantastic and if I ever randomly break down in the Philly area again, I know where I'm going!!
