Ralphs Bleigh Street Bar

The bar no longer is ran with any kinds of rules. As of Dec 31, 2014, just 8 weeks ago the bar was running without a responsible and dedicated person. Without loyality, dedication n positive leadership no business can be successful. When u partners in a business and one is dedicated to the success of the business n takes a leadership role n one who is only concerned about money n control there is absolutely no chance of the business being successful. This is what happened to this bar. U can not permit employees the freedom to do as they please. As an owner u must take a leadership role n never put urself on their same level as the part owner of Ralphs did. Ralph himself cause the demise of this once successful bar when it was ran by Maria. As soon as u lose sight of what's most vital to keeping ur establishment successful ( customers ) you have began the demise of it own business. Today Maria no longer choses to be part of her own bar because it it is ran with no locality, intriguing or leadership. Ralph himself has within less than 2 yrs caused this bar to absolutely become a joke. He had made his need for control n his appetite for greed to control his decisions. He permits employees to close whenever they want. Ex.On Halloween nite fri. Oct 31, at 7:15. He permitted the employee to close at 7:15 because she sd she was tired. Well aware that the co owner was coming in at 7:30. He permitted the (tired) bartender to kick out 8 customers. Both employee n co owner shld any locality or concern to those customers who all happened to be regulars. But what happens next is really is an example of an employee who has no locality to the customers n no loyality to the bar. And Ralph was made aware of what this employees did. This tired employee closed the bar at 7:15 on a Friday nite kicking out 8 customers n tk them all including herself to another bar. So when the co owner came to work at 7:30 that fri nite her bar was CLOSED. This was about the 3rd time the owner permitted this employee to do this. Than on Dec. 31st New Yrs Eve. The same thing was permitted n the co owner who had advised at 1 pm she was sick n unable to come to work was notified at 9 pm by another employee filling in that he was unaware that I was sick n was closing the bar because he had plans n Ralph permitted it. When I became aware of this as sick as I was I had an obligation to get that bar opened n I immediately got dressed n went. These r just 3 examples of how Ralph is permitting the employees to act of course with his consent. It has happened on other OCCASSIONS as well. This is y I no longer visit that bar. It has become a joke
