Philadelphia Cycle Center

This place has gone downhill. I don’t recommend this place for any kind of business. The staff is horrible at customer service and it does seem like no one does anything there. There should be changes and they should do better in customer service. No one wants to help you. The service hours are 9am – 7pm. I go on a Monday at 5:50pm to drop my motorcycle to get inspected. The service attendant said that he wouldn’t be able to finish it within the hour, which is fine. He stated if I had dropped it off early in the morning that I could wait for it and they would get it done. So I asked to leave it there so they could do it in the morning. The staff was leaving early for the day. I arrive on Tuesday after 5pm because they seem to just close an hour early and wanted to get there before 6pm. The service attendant said they didn’t even touch the bike yet and I would have to return. This is such an in-convenience. So the third day Wednesday I decided to call so I wouldn’t have to go all the way there and have the bike not inspected. The person who answered said it was finished and I told him that I will be picking it up. I arrive and they closed the service center early again. I go to the cashier and asked if I could get my bike because they said it was ready and they had it for over two days now. The cashier wouldn’t get it and said he would have no clue were it is. So I have to go an additional time to pickup the bike and it’s ridiculous.
