Papa Nick's Pizza

I ordered a steak at 635pm I'm still waiting at 815pm I'm heated The very last time I order from them Mind you the pizzia store is at 2nd I'm on 10th Godfrey Not that far away when he get here ill be cold and I'll say never mind

We ask to have our pizza sliced, which it wasn't. We also had 2.5 inches of dough around the pizza. So much dough I measure it.When I called Papa Nicks to explain my dissatisfaction the person hung up on me. I use Papa Nicks because of location not so much that they have great pizza.Lately the service has gotten really bad. I would never refer them nor will my family patronize Papa Nicks in the future.

Up until yesterday, I had been a steady customer of this restaurant of about 10 years.



Last night, I ordered an extra large pizza (with pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese, and extra sauce). I was told, as usually, that it would take 45 minutes for delivery. After waiting about 2 and a half hours (and spending a lot of that time on th ephone with the restaurant), a pizza finally came to the door. But, it wasn't the pizza that we had ordered! I sent it back and called the manager.



He was VERY rude. I asked why it was taking so long to get the pizza I ordered to be delivered. I asked if there would be a discount for my inconvenience. He said that there would be no discount. When I asked if I could at least get an apology for it taking so long, he said that he would in no way offer an apology and that, if I didn't like that, I should take my business elsewhere.



I will NEVER order from Papa Nick's again, and I highly recommend that no one else patronizes this establishment.

I think that this pizzaria is very good. I usually get the pizza, stromboli and salads which are made just the way i like it---sometimes the stromboli is a little doey but not all the time
