        I live In Harrisburg but come to my Office in 4 Penn Ctr every 2 weeks. I have shopped often at this Hallmark store over the past 15 years BUT was extremely disappointed today when I attempted to return an item I bought 16 days ago on Dec 23rd. This was the first time I ever returned something. They refused the Return because their Return Policy is 14 Days. I tried explaining I lived in Harrisburg and if you do not count Christmas or New Years it is 14 days . They still refused. To me that is horrible Customer Service and I will no longer patronize that Hallmark
