        Overall

        Been living near this place for the past year and every single day at 8:30am it sounds like they release a pack of hounds. Have been woken up many days this way and many peaceful mornings have been ruined by the noise. The neighborhood is completely quiet except for the dogs... Is there no other process they can do without waking up the neighborhood?

        I have been going here with my animals…

        I have been going here with my animals for 2 years. I have multiple animals. Please be advised they are happy to take your money when it is convenient for them (and charge premium rates), but if your animal is really sick they will not have time for them. They are fair weather vets. Your pet deserves better.

        And ps, the office woman told me to "have a nice day" are you kidding me? My dog needs emergency vet care! You want me to have a nice day? Read Yelp, this is normal behavior for them when your pet is in crisis!

        PS- before this I would have sworn by them too. Don't be fooled. You don't want to wait until your pet needs them to see this side of them.

        She's a great vet. Spent time with my kitty and even showed me how to brush her teeth. Although my cat didn't like it too much, kitty was well behaved which is something she is usually not if she doesn't like the program! But my 30lb. cat likes her and that is good enough for me!
