I have decided to buy a bedroom set in this store. We picked up with my husband a set and everything was going to be ok. The main rule of the store was to pay only by cash and make a deposit which is a half of full set price. In a few hours after we left our deposit the owner (Valera) called us and told that he did not have this set in the color we like. We went back to choose smth else in this color but he had nothing. It was Friday June 8, 2012. We agreed that he needs to find out on Monday from supplier whether they have a set in the color we like (natural) and will call us . We did not receive the call in Monday. Next morning I called to him and he told me that yesterday evening supplier told that they have nothing in natural color. So he ordered for us OTHER set in absolutely different color. I was in a shock and asked to cancel this order as we do not want to buy this set and nobody even asked us was it so difficult to make a call to ask??. When we came to him on Wednesday June 13, he said that we must order something and he was not going to return our money. Of course we were not going to order smth we do not need. After long debates we explained that we are not going to give him our money and we are going to involve our lawyer. He promised us TO TRY to return our money in 10 days. In 10 days I will update my review.
