DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.THE OWNER IS RACIST. HE INSULTS AMERICANS. HE VERY RUDE. HE VERBALLY ABUSES HIS EMPLOYEES. HE REFUSES TO PAY HIS EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. HIS VANS ARE POORLY EQUIPPED AND UNSAFE. HE'S AN AWFUL PERSON. HE'S BEEN REPORTED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR HIS CONDUCT AND POLICIES.

Booked wheelchair transportation 3 days before Christmas and was thrilled they confirmed my request. I was told several times that the transport was confirmed and the day before they charged my credit card for full amount. On Christmas we waited for over an hour, no one would answer the phones nor return my several messages. Finally got hold of someone and he said the driver cancelled. Was anyone going to call me, notify me, anything??? Needless to say our family Christmas was basically ruined. Do NOT ever use this company.
