As a single mom i was very nervous about buying a used car. Most importantly i wanted a reliable car that i could afford that wont break down. I also wanted it to be nice :) After wasting my time at a few other dealers I went to Rossi on Baltimore Ave and purchased a beautiful blue impala. It looks like its new, has a 2 year warranty!, and paymnents i can afford. If your buying a used car do yourself a favor and check these guys out.

I was in such a terrible situation and figured that these guys would be the same as everyone else however,from the minute i called mike onthe phone he put me at ease and assured me that my time would not be wasted and iwould be helped greatly.THIS WAS ALL TRUE.With in 45 minutes i had a gorgeous rendezvouz cxl with all options i only had to put 1700down.I am thrilled Thanks marc,mike and staff you guys are the greatest you folks really helped me in my time of need.

I can't put into words how awesome this place treated my husband and I. We heard a little noise in the breaks of the car we were going to buy, Mike told us if you want the car take it home and then see my mechanic and he will take car of you. Well, my husband never raves about someone, but he could not stop talking about how awesome the mechanic was and how easy it was for the mechanic to call Marc and have the problem solved. Marc told the mechanic whatever it is fix it. Just from this experience alone, I would go back tomorrow. Usually used car salesmen want their sale and then forget about you, not this place....I'll go there for my next car too...
