Liberty All Floor Care

I will give ZERO star if I can. They came two hours late than my appointed time. They use coupon mailer to get in the house then attempt to rip you off. It was $19.95 on the flyer ( They said that doesn't include to remove any dirt or stains). THEN WHAT I NEED YOU HERE FOR! The carpet was still dirty after they cleaned it, and they didn't even clean the sides. The owner was very mean, and ask me for $120 for that kind of job.

I can't imagine why would someone use this company!

I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, Dept. of Labor and Chamber of Commerce.

So This is the first time I used them but my friend used them before with his home and recommended them to me. I called and they quickly scheduled me for 2-4pm last week. They came and looked over my 2 area rugs and then they gave me a quote. The price to me was reasonable. They took the rugs to their warehouse to bathe them and medicate them - I have 2 dogs. They delivered them and they really look nicer. I have used other companies before, but this is also a good company to use.

I contacted liberty all floor care online to clean my 4 rooms before thanksgiving, and I was happy with the result. I was recommened Liberty all floor care from my neighbor. I asked the lady on the phone about my one room with wrinkles, and they said they also fix that too. They came around 8:30am and cleaned everything and stretched my backroom. Thanks for the service, because I didn't have to do it before black friday!

They did a quick job, stretching my rug.
