        Overall
        Horrible service

        They never have parts or toner, service techs do not know the different products they sell.

        Very poorly run. Haven't seen my sales rep since he sold me the machine.

        And he won't return my calls. Thought my lease was 3 years, but is 5. They totally mislead me with their proposal.
