On October 31, 2014, I went to Jerusalem to order some chairs that I found on their website. When the chairs came, I had to go to the store to pick them up and put them together myself. I picked the chairs up on November 7, 2014, and couldn't get no one to put them up for me. I went in the hospital to have surgery on November 24th & when I got home the next day, my daughter had got her son's father to come put the chairs up, so I was happy to see them finally up when I got home, but I was so not satisfied with the chairs at all. The leather material looked very shiney and cheap. When you sat on them, but leather buckled and they are brand new, so you know they won't last but a few months. I called Jerusalem and they told me that since they special ordered them and they didn't come from their warehouse that they could not take the chairs back. I got the chairs on credit, so I am stuck and have to pay for theses cheap looking, very light weight chairs that looks like they are only gonna last for no more than six months. I like to entertain and my family comes over every Friday night to play cards, so they might not even last for six months. If you purchase any furniture from Jerusalem Furniture, make sure they explain their return policy to you, because they never told me that if I order these chairs and I'm not satisfied when they come, that I can not return them... They just cared about making a sell. I had to give a star before I posted this message, but I would not have given the a star at all.
