This place is a scam, STAY AWAY! Once you have already paid in full for your furniture, when they deliver they will find ways to take more and more money from you. The whole company is extremely unprofessional and a joke of a business. They want customers that don't question, they ask for money and they just want you to hand it over if you want your furniture, otherwise they take the furniture back, don't answer your calls, and when you go to the store to ask for your furniture they say there is nothing they can do. They did this to us and we are taking them to court, they took our money and refuse to deliver unless we give them more money when we already paid for delivery and setup. They want us to also sign a paper before they deliver saying that we accept the furniture as is without even getting a chance to look at it, I wouldn't be surprised if the furniture right now has a rip across it or is broken and they are trying to get us stuck with it. This is honestly the most unprofessional shopping experience we have ever had, we regret walking into this place from the beginning, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company as a whole (they have 6 different stores) and go to a respectable place who will value you as a customer. They are a scam, but they won't steal from us and get away with it, there is a justice system.

I ordered furniture and when it arrived and there was problems with 2 pieces. They had to order replacement pieces which took several weeks to come in. When they delivered the new furniture pieces there was a problem with the furniture again. The delivery guys had to re - align the drawers on the chest. This is ridiculous that the furniture was checked at the warehouse and they said the furniture was perfect. Anyone looking at the furniture would notice that the drawers were not aligned right. The said my floor must not be level and that's why the drawers were off. Do they think I'm an idiot??? Now the furniture is discontinued. Now I have to wait to see what they are going to do to fix it. I will never buy furniture from them again.

Beware !!! they are the former Helig Meyers bunch that ran off with millions of dollars they owed their vendors..If you read the About link on the site you will see no mention of H Meyers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you are unsatisfied for any reason and want to return your item, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25%, AND be given store credit. Their website states that they strive for customer satisfaction however, their practices state otherwise...
