Do not come here. Before I explain, let me say this: this store may take consumer fraud lightly but I do not. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau regarding this place and I've just set up a meeting with my consumer rights lawyer regarding their scam. (This was at juniper location but I had to call this location to talk to someome because the other store would not talk to me)

They sell you faulty devices that have been altered in store. Then when it breaks, they have the audacity to claim that it was altered by the customer, not business. I bought two 100 dollar devices and they broke in less than 3 weeks. When I tried to contact them, they refused to take my information down and they refused to follow up. I followed up in person (employee was so rude, condescending and did not want to take my info down.) So I called them repeatedly to try and talk to someone. I had to call their branch office just to talk to someone. The thing is, I did not alter the devices and it was returned to them as It was given to me. But this is the scam: you loose money, they gain it. #warranty. But I hate being cheated out of my hard earned money and I won't stop trying to resolve this. This company needs to take accountability for their products and they need to train their employees to be competent

Best head/vape/smoke shop in philly

Great place, thee best looking Head/Smoke shop I've been in. The people that work there are very inviting and take time to show you new products. The prices are better than most shops around town. 5 Stars.
