        I am an executor to my parents estate...

        I needed an estimated market value for their home in Drexel Hill...

        I contacted Help-U-Sell and they researched the neighborhood and provided me with a Broker's Opinion of Value Letter...

        After I probated the Will...I hired Help-U-Sell to help me sell the home...

        WOW...within 78 days we had a signed contract and settled 30 days later...

        They charged me $2,850 set fee and we gave the Buyer's agent 2.5% commission...

        I saved $5,900...

        We had a smooth settlement...
