Abigail “Abby” Bulle is a Family Nurse tPractitioner, Board Certified by the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center (ANCC), and licensed in Pennsylvania to provide family care to patients of all ages. Abby received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University. Abby has experience and knowledge in various areas of patient care including, Surgical, Orthopedic, Cardio-Thoracic, Neurology, Ear/Nose and Throat as well as Primary Care. Abby strives to provide the best healthcare possible and believes in building long lasting and trusting relationships with patients. Abby joined Dr Fisher’s practice in 2009, where she helps patients achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Family Practice
Dr. Alexander Tarnopolsky (Dr. Alex) is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician, whom had devoted s comprehensive health care program for people of any ages. He has extensive training in Obesity Management and Cosmetic procedures.

Endometriosis
Erin began her nursing career at Gwynedd-Mercy College, graduating in 1998 with her ASN and 2000 with her BSN. In 2004, Erin graduated from Temple University with her MSN as an adult primary care nurse practitioner. While in private practice, she worked in phase 3 clinical trials as both a sub-investigator and clinical coordinator. She coordinated studies ranging from women’s issues such as endometriosis to primary care studies such medical issues as hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. Erin was an adjunct nursing instructor at Drexel University for two years teaching first year and co-op students in the undergraduate program. Erin joined Dr. Jon Fisher’s practice in June 2008. She believes in strong and trusting relationships with her patients.

Bariatric Surgery
In 1995 Regina graduated from Seton Hall University located in New Jersey with a BSN, and a minor in psychology. Her first medical role was in Med/ Surg dialysis and the surgical ICU as a Registered Nurse. Regina then went on to further her nursing career at Drexel University, Graduating with her degree as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a Masters in Nursing. Regina then worked at Jefferson Hospital in General and Bariatric Surgery and worked part time for Dr. Fisher’s office from 2010-2012. With 3 young children at home, Regina was a busy stay at home mom from 2012-2016, returning as a CRNP to Dr. Fisher’s office in 2016 to be part of his team.

Acne Treatment
Lesions
Aerolase Skin Rejuvenation is also great for traumatic scars, lesions, nevi, keratoses, skin tags and xanthelasma. A single treatment session allows for comparable results to a series of treatments with fractional devices, but with less downtime.
Chemical Peels
It is recommended to have a series of six treatments two weeks apart. After that, you will need maintenance every two months or as you desire. It works much better with combination with the chemical peel.
Skin Care
We also offer non-surgical programs for spot fat and cellulite reduction, body shaping and skin toning (we also offer wrinkle reduction treatments including medical grade skin care products which can be purchased from our office).
