I would give them zero star if I could. Almost impossible to talk to someone over the phone and they never call you back. Sometimes, they would forget to leave a bill and then not cut your grass because you didn't pay. But, it was their negligence to not leave a bill and if there was any concern with payment, you would think they would call and talk to you. Nope, they just don't cut your grass for a month until for some miracle you get to talk to them on the phone. Terrible, terrible customer service.
