Dunkin'

April 28, 2016 @ 7:30 pm. This Dunkin Donuts is the absolute worst. As a patron I personally observed a plethora of Health Code Violations, and I will most definitely follow-up with a formal complaint to the Philadelphia Health Dept. Also, the customer service in this restaurant is non-existent. I was in town from Maryland for the Penn Relays with my two daughters. One of my daughters and I were eating our food while we waited for the other one to meet us there from Hard Rock Cafe located next door. When she arrive the manager closed the door in her face, and said nothing to that fact that they were closing. We felt extremely insulted by the behavior of staff and dissatisfied with the level of professionalism that was displayed. I shall follow-up with a written letter of complaint to Dunkin Donuts corporate offices, and also the local newspaper outlets.
