Overall
I started going in the Fall of...

I started going in the Fall of 1990 to a smaller CVS that used to be in the same shopping center and in 2002 they knocked down another store there and built a bigger new CVS which I have been going to ever since, only out of convenience because it's not too far away.Because for some mysterious reason, they have nasty young women working there and the 2 middle aged women are not much nicer! I'm a nice caring person, who never was nasty to them, and I have been giving them my money and business all of these years, and this is is what I get back?! The only nice sales person in here is a young black guy who always smiles at me and says hello and is nice to deal with.

In the pharmacy many of the employees are nice and friendly as they should be,like the employees in the front store should be! I recently got a nice call back on my answering machine from the district manager and he said I could call him at this store where he was at the moment or his office and sounded really nice and he said he was really sorry that the employees were not nice and rude! I have been complaining to their 1-800-shopcvs customer service line for about 2 years now,but nothing was ever done and it wasn't until my most recent complaint call that a customer service agent suggested that she would have him call me.

About 15 minutes ago I went in to this CVS because I had a free coupon for liquid soap, and as soon as I walked near the cash register,(there was only a few other people in both registers and the young black woman said next including while she was looking at me) one of the young women managers walks over to the other young black woman( I don't know her name but I do know the other one's name) employee, and says Oh God this isn't happening! She then says to this other woman now you have to deal with Shirley. This young black woman for some strange reason called me Shirley several times a few months ago when she was helping me with a childhood picture I was making a new copy of on their Kodack machine.

My name starts with a A and is far from Shirley and she doesn't even know my real name! They were both laughing today after she said that to her,and looked at me,and I said why are you saying something about me,and the young manager said we aren't saying anything about you. I said you are making me seem as If I'm paronoid here, and she said if you're paronoid and then she said something else I don't even know because I'm too upset! I asked the other young woman why she calls me Shirley and that it's not my name and that she doesn't know my name. She said what's your name? And the other woman said she calls me Shirley too.

They are full of it! This is all very strange and upsetting, but they must know that I complained about them(even though I never gave my name with the complaint) because their district manager called me and he was at their store when he left me the message to either call him there or at his office and as I said he apologized several times for the way they had treated me before.

By the way, I was wearing my sunglasses when I walked into this store tonight,so they couldn't see my eyes as if I was giving them a dirty look or something either! And I spoke with a supervisor at another Northeast CVS who told me that he has had quite a few of his customers who used to go to my CVS and even though it was walking distance, they left for good and are willing to travel further to go to his CVS because they said the employees were disrespectful and not helpful, although not as horrible as they are to me! He worked at that store for a short time too and said they weren't that nice.
