Loved the Prices!!!!!! Love The Furniture I purchased!!!! I got a Louis Phillipe Bedroom Set for an awesome price!!! Cheaper than anywhere else I looked! The delivery guys were very helpful and nice!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

I am in the mattress business about an hour outside of Philadelphia. I often have people ask me where to go for a mattress in Philadelphia because my town is too far for them; and I always recommend Brother's. They offer the best prices and quality mattresses. I am a firm believer in their Therapedic brand, and I should know- I've been building mattresses for over 20 years. What I like about Brother's the most is their up-front pricing on a line of products that far surpass the chain stores. Keep up the good work. Word gets around in this business and I always hear good things about these guys.

I was refered by my sister to Brothers, and I ordered three rooms of furniture, everything was delivered on time. The delivery guys came on time and set up my furniture and placed it where I wanted. I did have one minor problem with my box spring not fitting up my stair case, and the manager solved my problem very fast with a quick re delivery of split box springs. I was really happy with the amount of money I saved, Brothers Fine Furniture is my new furniture store.

On February 15, I ordered a queen set from this place in Delaware on the recommendation of a friend. I was told it would cost $165.00, including delivery. They delivered it February 18....or they didn't deliver it.



One delivery man was especially surly and rude. He acted as though doing the job he was hired for and being paid to do was a imposition. He wal...ked in the door, took one look at my stairs and declared that they couldn't get the box spring up the stairs. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT IT. I called the "company" I bought the set from and even offered to pay extra money if I could exchange it. I was told no, they couldn't take it back. If that wasn't enough, the surly delivery man threw a fit when I told him I wanted the mattress. He complained and whined the entire time he and his assistant were taking the mattress upstairs (even though they had no problems getting it upstairs)



I did a search on line for a split queen boxspring and found Brothers Fine Furniture. I gave them a call. The next day I had what I needed....no attitude. no whining, no hassles. They delivered what I needed and took it right upstairs for me.



So.I ended up paying $165.00 for a mattress I CAN use and a boxspring that is sitting on my porch. Plus I had to pay an additional $154.00 for the boxspring from Brothers.



Brothers Service was great, their employees very efficient. Highly recommend.

I was panicking because I had to quickly get a new apartment and had ZERO furniture and VERY limited funds. I stumbled across Brothers on Craigslist as I sat in front of the PC sobbing over the fact I would be moving into an empty apartment, and using milk crates as chairs until I could afford furniture. I paid them a visit and a month later, my apartment was fully furnished.

Those having bad experiences could only blame themselves for not being more careful with their choices and money and not asking questions about delivery and such PRIOR to bargaining.

I am always a very skeptical buyer and walked in there expecting to be swindled and sent home with crap, similar to the stuff you buy at IKEA that falls apart after 6 months, and well, I ended up with an apartment full of wonderful, sturdy furniture that makes me look like I actually had the $$$ to spend at a ritzy store.



Totally worth it.
