Service is comparable with ups and fedex, they all mess up from time to time but overall the service is good.

Great Service! Having epilepsy, I dread going out in public. It's a disability that you can't see. I suffer from memory problems and anxiety. The postal employee who helped me July 11, 2016 was patient, courteous and very helpful. He did not know I was disabled; yet, he was as kind as he could be and he didn't even ring me up. He just assisted me. I find it hard to believe that there are still people in this world who are that polite. I just wanted to say his actions are truly appreciated and 'Thank You!'

They have always done a great job for me.

If I could give the Phenix City Alabama Post Office negative stars, I would. I moved to an apartment here 4 months ago and they have marked several expensive rare books as undeliverable and destroyed them. I live in an apartment and they never attempted delivery on my packages, no notices were ever left, and they couldn't even bother leaving the at the office, which is open till 6:00 every day. Tracking says they were "undeliverable" even though the address is clearly correct and complete. I will be reporting them to the postal regulatory Commission and hiring an attorney now. In the meantime I have my mail sent to a PO box in Columbus Georgia.
