M&A Pools

Once final payment was made, they stopped answering my uncles phone calls. The job was not finished and they didn't set up the pumps or any of the electrical and the water was still/stagnant for weeks and they would refuse to answer the phone to come finish the job. My uncle went to the news channel and they called him and he finally answered. My uncle had to get a different contractor to finish the job and M&A pools posted a live video, stating that he went by and finished it, which he did not. Stay away from these people.

No hagan tratos con esta compañía no saben trabajar dejan las cosas mal acabadas, me dejaron la alberca descuadrada con 6 pulgadas, las banquetas tienen declive para dentro de mi casa y se mete el agua, me mancharon toda la casa de cemento no tapan nada cuando estan construyendo, trabajan 1 o 2 dias por semana los de mas dias no se aparecen, me dejaron empezada la alberca y ya ni siquiera me contestan las llamadas , pésimo servicio y pésimo trabajo que hacen, no los recomiendo nada!!!!

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with, they work 1 day a week then don't return until the next week, they do sloppy work, leaving trash and exposed metals all over my yard. They broke my fence doors and did not fix them. Luis Nava blamed his uncle his workers and just kept making excuses as to why they never finished my pool. He hardly replied to texts or answered my calls. He did not finish my pool and has been M.I.A, I had to hire another co to finish my pool, I also paid for solar power heater panels that he never installed nor brought them by. I am filing a lawsuit against him. Extremely unprofessional

El senor nava acaba de terminar mi alberca. A pesar de los comentarios que lei aqui decedi darle la oportunidad por su buen precio y por que las fotos que abia visto de su trabajo hablaban por si solas. Todo lo que el te vende esta detallado en su contratos y todo esta explicado asi que no entiendo por que de las malas ecperiensias. Pero de parte mia hizo un excelente trabajo. Fue puntual para acabar, siempre estuvo en contacto y nunca hubo intermediarios, todo lo termino y esta funcionando muy bien. E recivido solo buenos comentarios del trabajo que me termino sin ninguna mala experiencia asi que lo puedo recomendar. Muchas gracias senir nava

HORRIBLE contractor. Mr. Nava, the owner of M &A Pools, and his wife are very unprofessional and rude. Don't be fooled by the beauty of the pool when he says it's been "completed". Make sure your city is called to your home for a final inspection of the pool. Mr. Nava cuts corners and skimps out on necessary equipment that MUST be installed; when you try to contact him or his wife they are very confrontational and are quick to argue, immediately saying that we should have read the contract carefully and will hang up on you. Now Mr. Nava and his wife are ignoring my calls. We did pay for a necessary part to be installed as stated in the contract, during the making of the pool, however, it wasn't installed. Now he is charging us $600 to add something that should have been done in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT, STAY AWAY.

FYI at the beginning they are nice, attentive people, once the pool is "complete" they disappear and turn into the rudest people on the planet.

Luis Nava did a beautiful job on our pool. The good thing about this company is that from the beginning you deal with one person and that's the owner even when you call at 11pm about a question or a Sunday off. Thank you for our pool we had more than what i expected and on a competitive price.

We just want the pool that we paid for fixed! We want this nightmare to go away. He has avoided us for a long time. He acknowledged to the attorney that the pool had a leak but hasn't done anything about it. The demand letter came back as "unclaimed". We are blocked from calling, blocked on FB page. The attorney said the next step would be small claims court, depending on the cost.

Started pool in late August and finished in December. We did have a lot of rain and bad weather, but they did finish my pool and it looks great. We have gotten a lot of compliments from friends and family. Thank you for doing a good job.

Do not fall victim of this company. Our pool has a leak and they haven't been able to fix it. It's going on 3 months already and I wish people had told me sooner as well. I have come out publicly and others have said that they had poor service as well. There have been a select few that are happy with their service. Luis Nava seems very likeable and is always there when you are first starting the business. He has blocked my husband and I, I have been blocked from sending them messages on FB. My insurance company has called them and they don't call back. I am not seeking legal representation.
