For nearly 30 years Vicki has specialized in Life, Home and Auto Insurance, starting her career as a Customer Service Representative with an agency in Flint, Michigan. She maintains licenses in Property and Casualty and Life and is currently working towards completion of her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Though she works primarily from our Petoskey office, Vicki volunteers her time with the Boyne City Public Schools.

Since joining KorthaseFlinn in 2010, Susan’s advanced analytical skills have enabled her to successfully conduct cost/benefit analysis from multiple carriers for small employer groups and individuals. Susan has lead the department in research and understanding of the Affordable Care Act. She advises her clients daily and assists them in finding the right plan in the Healthcare Marketplace. In addition to being licensed in Health and Life Insurance, she is also a Life Insurance Counselor (LIC). She is responsible for assisting with all areas of service including claims resolution and benefits support to her clients.
