Gailey Eye Clinic LTD

I would very highly recommend Dr. Koehler and his assistannt that is in the exam room with you. I was NOT pleased with the common courtesy of the LPN nurse who did my preliminary eye examination. She seemed bored, cold, and snippy. Also, one of the receptionists located at the far right of the main reception desk was also bored, snippy, and didn't even look up to me after saying that I owe a $30 dollar copay. I hope these 2 are invaluable employees that must be there or the doors would close? I'm not out to bash the Peru Clinic in any way, shape, or form. Employees that greet clients need to have some people skills like: Hello, What about that weather out there today, Hi, and Goodbye, Have a nice day. Doesn't take too much to just be "friendly". Dr. Koehler and his female assistant were very people friendly and professioinal and that's why I'll be going back to the Peru Gailey Eye Clinic in the near future.
