        These guys went above and beyond to help a Florida couple traveling through with car troubles. I didnt expect it but Ricky an Employee offered to drive to the couple and help. This type of customer service is the exception rather than the rule these days, However to ricky it was just business as usual. As The car dealer in Fl that sold that car to that couple I wish I had a Ricky at my local store. We never know when we will have car troubles but its nice to know guys like Ricky and stores like Advance are there to help.
