Computer Medics

I took my daughter's laptop to Computer Medics on Allen Road on 12-1-12. After 3 months of no returned phone calls, I went over and picked it up unrepaired. When I got home I opened it to find he had just thrown it back together with missing pieces and screws, and it's filthy. I should have known it was more than he could handle after a month, but you try to give people the benefit of the doubt but boy was I wrong. They acted like they were doing us a favor not charging me. I thought to myself gee thanks for not charging me for not fixing my laptop and keeping it for 3 months without once ever calling me or returning a call. I cannot understand why a person refuses to just admit it is beyond their ability to repair or you are not as important as another customer . I don't normally write reviews, but I hope this will prevent another person from going through all the headache and run around I received. I would not recommend doing business with Computer Medics.

Excellent service, performed quickly and at a reasonable price. Will use again, when needed!
