Did a wonderful job of answering all my questions, fix my laptop and I was extremely happy about that. Will recommend them to friends and family if they need to get anything done.

About a month ago, I thought I would need to buy a brand new cell phone--something for which I did not have the money at the time. Instead, it was suggested to me to go to Fix My Gadget first to see if they would be able to help me. They were, and the gentleman who assisted me was very professional, kind, and courteous. While I am no dummy, I am not that tech-savvy. He did not treat me, however, in a way that was demeaning but instead was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Since that time, I have highly recommended their services to anyone I know who is experiencing difficulty with their electronic device.

Great business! Quick and very knowledgeable. Vey polite and made the whole process of getting the screen replaced on our brand new Galaxy S6 Edge much smoother than buying a new phone, not. I liked this because the phone is still set-up the way I like it and it was done while I waited in the store. Super Clean and professional establishment. The cleanest repair shop that I have ever been to.

FixMyGadget just restored my destroyed phone along with a new home button and speaker. My rep at Sprint said it was impossible. Fix My Gadget prove them wrong. I now have my Pics Back. So happy!!

Great place! Had my phone fixed in 2 hrs after I dropped it off. Did an awesome job! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, even showed me some ways to backup my data. I recommend them!!

They are so helpful, energetic, caring, and customer service excellency! I went Verizon and they could not figure out why my phone would not charge. They had it fixed in 30 seconds and did not even charge me. I had pocket dust build-up in my charge port. Thanks

Dropped my Laptop at work and the entire screen was shattered and the touch screen wouldn't register. Fix My Gadgets had it fixed the next day ! Now it looks brand new. Friendly staff and quick service. I will recommend to anyone I know that needs a repair.

FixMyGadget knows their stuff. They also have GREAT management and do business honestly. When I took my 1st Gen Moto X there for a charge port repair, they cleaned and tested it and it seemed like it was working on their charge cable so they just charged me a diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. When the phone still didn't work at home, they credited the cost of the diagnostic fee towards the repair they then performed flawlessly. Love these guys and wish I had someone like them around here now that I've relocated. Keep up the good work and the excellent service.

My Iphone cracked terribly while visiting Florida last week! I searched everywhere for an affordable price to get it fixed, they were the cheapest! I went into the store and they had it fixed the same day within an hour, they even gave me a discount because I used them and was not local. They were very friendly, communication was great and there were no hidden fees! Thanks!

Nassara Madanat — 5 starThey fixed my MacBook Pro. They could have gotten a new motherboard and hard drive out of me. But they were so honest and communicated with me every step of the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, I just popped in today to save my boss's iPhone. She cracked her screen this morning and within 20 minutes I was walking out with a perfectly repaired iPhone. I've personally had work done at other places that cost more and didn't receive nearly the quality of work. Thanks again!!

I dropped my phone two days after I got it. I didn't want to make a claim super early like that so I called a friend who did some work for them and he suggested I check them out. I went in at a 3:45 and it was fixed by 4:05 and it looks like new! Excellent! They have me as a customer for life!

Wow! An incredible experience. Dropped my IPhone 5S on the pavement and broke the glass. Referred by friends I stopped in late in the afternoon and Heidi & Adam were great. I left to run a few errands and returned just before closing time to pick up my like-new phone. Fantastic!

I would never recommend fix my gadget to anyone!!! These people are crooks.... They really have messed with the wrong person... I took my phone there half way working and they said that they could see if they can fix it. They called a day later saying it was fixed. Picked it up and when the guy handed it to me with it not working. He stated it was just a glitch! I accepted that and left. I soon realized that the phone was in worse condition than when I took it there now the speaker wasnt working as well as the touch screen going in and out. I had to go to school and work and didn't have time to mess around any longer. I waited until the next day when I took it back and they said that they could look at it and it could be fixed in about an hour. I left and came back an hour and half later and they still had not even looked at the phone. So I asked for it back and took it to the War memorial store where I had originally taken it. I was told they would have to keep it for another 3 days. I needed a phone just in case of an emergency. I could use it through bluetooth on my phone to make a call. I returned it to them on Thursday morning at 9am. I waited till monday to check and see how it was going they were just now starting to work on it then. On Wednesday I messaged to see how the process of my phone was going and they stated they were unable to fix it and that it was ready for pick up. When I picked up my phone not only was the screen and speaker not working now, NOTHING was working and they wiped my entire phone of pictures contacts and some messages I will never get back. I respect that my phone was not fixable but they didnt have to destroy it.. Now im without a phone entirely and I paid them 50 dollars to pretty much destroy my phone and wipe away memories.
