        Overall

        The man who works there, bald or not, is RUDE & NEVER offers to assist anyone with any lifting. He also won't bother to help you in any way, shape or form until he's good & ready (often doing what appears to be nothing as the other reviewer stated). I had plenty of of his poor service & now no longer go there. And YES...I know exactly WHERE I was & which store I was in.

        Overall

        The bald guys is the rudist individual around. My wife carried a 32 lb box and he could not[and was not doing anythin] even open the door then made her move it twice. I guess he got his jollies. I HAVE HAD AND SEEN THIS OUT OF HIM OVER THE YEARS.fire him WORTLESS CRAP

        I am sorry your wife had a bad experience. We do not now nor have we in the past had any bald men work at our store. I think possibly this incident happened at another location. With that said, I hope you and your wife will come in and give our store a try. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to take care of our customers.
