I've never been here but the attacks on social media against a rescue I hold near and dear because of a friend have turned me against ever doing business here.

Chris an Derek are so amazing I am in the store almost every week to buy feeder rats and I have also purchased two turtles a ferret an a skunk all are in amazing health an are also socialized their store is always clean and they both go out of their ways to inform you on anything you ask I have never had a problem what so ever even when my kids sanitize their hand a million times to touch what the are allowed to or aggravating Chris with a million questions I totally adore y'all and y'alls store y'all are the best

Very clean and nice business, I bought two animals here and I am very satisfied with them, I still buy their food through them and it is always in stock. All of their animals seem healthy and well taken care of.

I buy my feeder rats from Panhandle Exotics. It's always enjoyable to make that once a month trip and see what they have in stock! Even though they have been a bit scarce on regular rats lately, they carry African Soft Furs, which are very hard to come by typically for us snake keepers, so it's comforting to know that if I happen to need those, I can easily access them. Their prices are very affordable, for a pet store, on both feeders and pets, and every reptile I've seen that wasn't in quarantine due to being a recent rescue has always been very healthy and well-cared for. Staff is always friendly and is very knowledgable. I'm happy to continue supporting the business!

Awesome first experience and the staff care about quality rather then just taking your money. Huge selection in exotics that I haunt seen in any other store.

I just picked up up my baby skunk the other day. We are extremely happy with her as she is so sweet and her personality is already developing. Chris and Derrick couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They are both very approachable and knowledgeable on every animal they carry and more. If you want an exotic animal, Panhandle Exotics is the place to go. You know that you will be getting an animal that is healthy and in good shape. Oh yeah, please do the research on the animal you are looking for before you go in there, to make sure it is the animal for you. That's the only way you will know if you are willing to do the work it takes to care for them. Too many people get an animal because it looks cool on tv or they see one and want one. Most of these animals end up in shelters or rescues because they end up being too much work. Know what you are getting into beforehand and don't take on something you will tire of later.

Won't go there again! It's really not safe. They do have some unusual animals, but service is poor. Someone's kids were allowed to run around with an animal. The clerk was outside, then came in and didn't say anything. I left.
I knew a child had been bitten by an animal there, and parents should supervise them. But the store clerk and owners are ultimately responsible for the care and safety of the animals and people.

Exotics my behind. Owner is very rude. He let's you wander around. Will not ask if you need any help. No Exotics in the store. Mostly snakes and lizards. He has a poor assortment of bird supplies.

Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. The man, who I believe is the owner, has an extremely volatile and nasty disposition. If you call him on it, he will become verbally combative. In addition, when a bad review is written on his facebook page, instead of trying to make good on the issue, he and his staff/friends will bash and lie about you to try and deflect their utter inability to offer friendly customer service. Truly unprofessional and horrible experience. I'll tell anyone who will listen, not to ever shop there.
