Nusser Timothy

Mr. Timothy Nusser was referred to Me by a friend. So I Contacted him about on going proceedings in My divorce from 17 years ago. My ex was constantly trying to increase her permanent alimony. Mr. Nusser was always very calm and professional, he kept Me updated frequently. I'm very happy with the results! I had several Lawyers over the years, & none with good results, I had lost faith in being treated fairly by the courts and the lawyers there in. Tim is an expert in his craft. He is professional, honest and level headed. My case had changed numerous times and he and his staff adapted each time to give me the best advise. Retaining Mr. Nusser as my divorce attorney is a decision I regret. Mr. Nusser verbally explained the divorce process including a $3,000 "minimum fee" & an additional $1,500 cost deposit. I was lead to believe the $3,000 would cover an uncontested divorce & the $1,500 would be used to cover any expenses over the $3,000 if we had to go to court. I cancelled my divorce. I was expecting a full refund of the $1,500 & believed the filing fees were to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". Instead I was only refunded the $1,500 LESS fees of $427. Mr. Nusser is maintaining keeping the $3,000 & deducting expenses from the $1,500 is what the contract allowed him to do. I believed the costs incurred were going to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". I feel Mr. Nusser misrepresented this to me & owes me the total refund of $1,500. Mr. Nusser has refused to settle this issue in a manner satisfactory to me. I would not recommend his services to anyone in the future.

My experience with Mr. Tim Nusser for my Dissolution of Marriage was very positive. Tim is absolutely the best ! Easy to talk to and very professional. He took the time to listen to me and explain things in detail. He is a great lawyer. Tim and his staff respond to your questions, with a very fast response. Tim Nusser recently completed a case that involved a child custody dispute involving my daughter and the father of their child. At the out set, this appeared as an “open and shut” case as I saw it. As the case unfolded, I quickly learned that nothing is open and shut. When you obtain an attorney, it is important that you have responsible representation and that your attorney is going to fight for your rights and not settle for the easiest and quickest way out. If you do not know an attorney and have limited knowledge of the legal process, finding adequate council can be like playing Russian roulette. I was fortunate enough to have lived in the Pensacola area for the past 40 years and knew some key people that recommended that my daughter obtain Tim to represent her. Mr. Nusser handled my divorce in 1999 and told me what to expect without wishful thinking. It turned out the way he predicted. Good job. Fast forward to 2013, do to changes in my life we went back to court to get relief from my alimony payment to my ex. He and his staff (Cyndi) had to deal with delay attemps and other lies by my ex and her live-in room mate. After the smoke had cleared Tim got the court to zero out my alimony.
