        Overall

        I moved to Pensacola into a rented appartment and had the good fortune of being introduced to Randy Bricker he helped me through the maze of buying my first property in the Emerald Coast. Randy helped me see the benefit of owning my own property "Why Rent When You Can Afford To Buy" he was right I now pay my own very affordable mortgage payment instead of somebody elses!! In fact I pay less including my insurances to buy my own home than I was paying in rent!
