Received very good service. My dog was matted very bad and she did an awesome job.

I will never go back!! Very rude service!! I still tipped in hopes of a change of attitude, but no!! There was a long dark haired woman with enough makeup on to choke a horse that decided she was above me!!! The woman washed my dogs for goodness sakes!!! I apparently interrupted her personal cell phone call and she was upset about that! I am a well known in the Pensacola community through my business and have never has such an experience! I am not better than her nor anyone else for that fact. When I pay for sevices I expect at the least a hello, thank you, and respect!!!! If I treated my staff or customers this way I would have no business.
