Gulf Coast Appraisals

This guy's company is out of his personal home, and he refuses to return calls or answer any questions about the appraisal report he created. I've been leaving messages for him for 6 days. My questions would take less than 3 minutes to answer (I'd like to know what some of the numbers he wrote down represent). This is our fourth home purchase, but we haven't dealt with someone refusing to help us before now. My loan officer says she can't legally ask him my questions, but she said he called the lender, and for some reason said he will not call me (the buyer) back to answer anything, because legally "he doesn't have to". This makes no sense to me.

Unprofessional!! I contacted this company to do an appraisal on my home to help me determine whether I wanted to sell or refinance. Victor told me 5 to 7 days but up to 10 days. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I began to try to contact him. I left several messages on his business line. I received no return call. After three weeks, I finally found a cellphone number on his website and texted him. He did respond to my text and informed me he would have try to have it to me the next day. Of course, nothing and no follow to say when. He only produced the appraisal after I sent a very ugly text about a bad review. I understand the market is booming right now and he probably has alot of clients but not returning a customer's call when you have already been paid is extremely unprofessional.

My experience at Gulf Coast Appraisals was friendly, reasonably priced, and very professional. I would recommend Victor Harrison to any one in need of appraisal services in the Florida Panhandle.
