Wonderful and BETTER-THAN-PERFECT SERVICE! I have been a happy Fitting Designs patient for over 7 years. Not only am I their patient, but I am also a physician and I have been pleased to send my patients to Fitting Designs for their needed medical devices. Fitting Designs is under new ownership at a new location and has all new employees. Both of the prior owners gave me very good service and the new owner and workers are EVEN BETTER—they are delightful! The new location is very nice and twice as large, and they invested in a huge increase in their inventory. Their #1 most important service for me is that they bill insurance companies for patients. This enables me to pay only my 20% co-pay to Fitting Designs. Most importantly, I don’t have to mess with my insurer at all (with their myriad forms and procedures and denials and appeals). Other medical supply companies I previously phoned offered only to order my items at full price – without billing my insurer. If I bought from those companies (not Fitting Designs), I would then be totally on my own in filing a claim with my insurer [Tricare] to reimburse their 80% share of what I would have paid. For me, avoiding the hassle of filing was the key, and I am very grateful for Fitting Designs’ fabulous service. I use compression stockings after my deep vein thrombosis. I have ordered stockings 2-4 times per year for 7 years, and I received perfect service every time. Previously, Fitting Designs had almost no inventory of stockings, which wasn’t a problem for me [I did not mind ordering them, as they always arrived within 2 working days]. Now, they have all of the most commonly prescribed compression stockings in multiple brands. I highly recommend Fitting Designs for compression stockings, and I would surmise that their other services [for breast prosthesis devices, etc.] are just as wonderful. My review was not solicited. Well I have to say after reading the previous review I hesitated to go here. BUT the item I needed was hard to find and they had it so I figured what the heck, how bad can it be?
I spent about 30 minutes in the store completing my purchase and I have to tell you, I was impressed with how nice the two ladies were who took care of me. Both were friendly, helpful and were determined to ensure I got exactly what I needed. They were very upfront about insurance and coverage. One of the ladies made a phone call to my Dr to clarify some info the Dr had left off the paperwork. Something they could have tasked me with. Overall I am very happy with the service I got and will be coming back here at least for the forseeable future. A very positive experience. As far as the previous review this business is now owned and operated by different people who value quality customer service so give them a chance. I really don't think you will be disappointed.

On the coldest day in Pensacola myself and 3 others woman, which one lady was high risk pregnancy with a wreck in the cold well they had a phone conference in a room that they could close the door and let us come inside and the warrant they left us standing outside we were knocking Bennett and or the lady came to the door and said we're in a conference and slammed the door in my face even know all of us had appointment and it was well past our appointment time. One left and the two of us waited as we had to have our prescription filled the surgery. After waiting 45 min past out time in the coldest day ever here we where allowed in and then she did not measure my legs correctly for the stockings I need for the surgery when they came and they were wrong turn and I was getting one price I paid the price to that was to my insurance. After hAving to bring them bAck becAuse the holster not fit then gotta run around 10 or the second pair just to be getting a second pair and then told that I had to pay more for this after paying a lower price the first time and was told by the owner these hoses where less expensive but then the second time she jacked the price up a whole lot more and then tried to and it made me go back and pay more for the first pair. these women are rude, nasty I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
