I requested an appointment & explained that there was no urgency.I gave my tenants #.I received a call 3 days later from the tech to let me know the job was done.He explained how everything went & what he found.He explained that no one was home. He said he tried the phone number I provided and couldn't get ahold of anyone.I expressed my concerns about their practices & that my tenants have a dog and he could have gotten bit.I made it very clear that I requested an appointment & never gave them permission to enter my property.They defended their practices.My husband called & spoke with the tech & asked why he entered our property without our permission.The tech said that under some Fl state law, he was allowed to enter our property because we told his company we wanted them to pump our tank.The dog issue was brought up again.The tech said they enter peoples property all the time without someone being there & one time someone's dog tried to attack him in a clients yard & he killed it.
