        At Derrels of Pensacola, we service on most Brands of Commercial and Home Sewing machines, Expert Classes, Expert Service, Heirloom Sewing Supplies, Repairs Done On-Site. Derrels of Pensacola is Pensacolas only authorized dealer for Bernina, Babylock, and Juki sewing machines, and the Bernina E-16 Multi Needle Commercial Embroidery machine, offering quality sales and service to our customers in the Greater Pensacola Area, as well as Mobile, Foley and Robertsdale in Alabama. We have new and used sewing machines to fit all budgets. Our machines start at $199. and up. The staff at Derrels is always ready to help experienced and new sewers alike use their products to create unique and beautiful projects. We take great pride in our work and make customer satisfaction our first priority. Derrels also stocks attachments, bobbins, and common parts for most all brands of home sewing machines. If you need sewing machines, quilting machines, or embroidery machines; or if you need sewing machine repair work, embroidery software, backing fabrics or threads, our staff of experienced sewers are in-store six days a week to meet all of your sewing, quilting and embroidery needs. We also carry Heirloom and childrens fabrics including, batiste, pique, gingham, swiss lace, and patterns. If it is a project involving a needle and thread, you can rest assured that the staff at Derrels can and will help you make it a reality. Derrels of Pensacola services and repairs ALL makes and models of sergers and sewing machines, whether its a brand new BERNINA or a vintage Singer. Our head technician, Pat, has been offering quality repairs at Derrels for 12 years. James recently joined our staff in 2014. He attended technician training at the BERNINA headquarters in Illinois February of 2015. Bring your machine in for repair or its yearly maintenance. We never charge a fee to look at your machine and estimates can be provided on the spot by one of the technicians (they are generally here Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00).We offer Platinum Service Contracts on Bernina Machines for a period of 3 years. Platinum service covers labor only for three years. You would only have to pay for parts under Platinum service. You can bring your machine in as many times as you want in that three year period. Call for pricing. For you service please bring your machine, foot pedal, power cord, bobbin, bobbin, standard presser foot, We do not need the manual, thread, or any other accessories unless there is a specific one you are having a problem with. Derrels guarantees machine repairs/service for a period of 30 days following your machine repair date. All machines leave our shop with a patch sewn out on your machine showing several stitch patterns, if available. We suggest to our machine owners to sew on their machines before leaving our shop or ASAP after arriving home. Call Today! 850-438-5444

        First my name isnt callie. But understand there were 3 of us. It is little rough with 3 different machines and 3 different ladies. :)

        Overall i got the basics. The instructor was very helpful and i appreciate that. Will return for a follow-up class. I figured out i needed a sheet with all the stabilizers. :) and their uses.

        Excellent service, the staff is always helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and service. As busy as they are, they always find time to listen and help with sewing or embroidery tips. I love Derrel's!!
