Cordova Dental Center

I was recommended this dental office by a friend when I first moved to Pensacola and this was my first dental visit since my Dentist of 35 years retired so I was a little skeptical because he was very conservative fixing cavities and did a great job on my teeth for 35 years. But after Dr Charles was done, he touched up a cavity filling for me and I felt very comfortable with him. I just booked my 3rd cleaning today. After calling every dentist office in town, his cash prices are on the better side of most.

My appointment was at 4pm today. I left work to arrive there on time to be told very unprofessionally that the dentist wasn't there. I was supposed to be contacted earlier, but the staff failed to contact me. The receptionist got an attitude with me because they failed to notify me. While I was waiting to be told I would need to reschedule, the 4-5 staff members in the front office were occupied with their cellphones and one was obviously having dinner at the front desk. This is the only dentist in the Pensacola accepting my dental insurance. I read the horrible reviews before going to the appointment, but I wanted to try this dental office out and see for myself. Wow was I totally disappointed. The reviews were true. Cordova Dental is very unprofessional and rude. I will be driving to Milton or Foley until I find a closer dentist.

How can any one say anything bad about this Dr ,he has been nothing but nice to me and my 3 sons for 15 years and when I send one of my employee who did not have much cash and suffering from BAD PIAN this Dr fixed and charged him nothing ,we all have prabloms from time to time and no one is perfect ARE YOU ? God bless this man (Dr )
