I was referred to Kristen by a friend & I was hesitant at first to try therapy because I always felt that it would never benefit me. Boy was I WRONG!!!! I have seen Kristen for a few months and she has really helped me to be more confident and she is such a great person and therapist. I started seeing Kristen when she first opened her practice & she is so great! I have seen other counselors but she is great! She is always willing to work with my demanding schedule & if I am ever having to need to see her more than we usually have scheduled she will always try & work me in. Her office is so comfortable & her personality really helps make you feel comfortable so you can start opening up to her.
