        Overall
        Great accommodations

        -very friendly staff

        -full of suggestions to help new residents

        -clean buildings with beautiful landscaping

        -located just 1/2 mile from NAS gate

        -lots of promotions for tenants to take advantage of

        -very pet friendly!!

        -pool in needed of repair but operational

        -hot tub the same

        -overall would recommend
