Don't waste your time EVER getting service from these people. ALWAYS LATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! 1 STARRR

I'm a dialysis patient that has been going for treatments, for several years and have always gotten there through rain, sleet or storms! Because of their determination in making sure that I got to my destination.

Had to cancel and reschedule yet another appointment because Elite was not on time. This is not the first, second. or even the 3rd time. the company needs a major overhaul

Miss "V", I want to thank you and the communicative and friendly drivers who made my experience with Elite Transportation positive, friendly and enjoyable. The cancellation of Elite Transportation services was not my choice. The numerous calls to LogistiCare for Return Rides and the difficulty with too-early Pick-up times caused the cancellation. Sincerest and best wishes to you for the positive success of your business.

Horrible ,had a pickup time of 2pm from my dr. Called them at 1:26 to let them know I was ready.they didn't come until 3:30. Then I finally get picked up in a barely running car w driver on phone whole time.

Elite sucks DO NOT USE THEM!!! Pick me up an hour late. Got me to my appointment 30 minutes late. And now an hour late picking me back up

This company shouldn't even be in buinness I am seriously considering a law suit you call for a fide home and over three hours later they are still not here my wife had to miss a days work for something that should have taking at the mist 2 hours. I'm pissed they finely came 5 hours later I fully entend to file a formal complaint on Mon. To your company and behind this is an election year and your co. Runs on a government contract I also will be filing a complaint with my Congressmen and what ever other agency need be.... Thank You so very muck for the Hart stroke I suffered....

Elite Medical Transportation Company...transports patients to and from their medical appointments...what many patients don't realize there not a " CAB " company...so to all u disgruntled patients...there's always other means of transportation to ur appointments...sorry how life plays itself out...as many complaints they receive from people...the phones r still ringing for new patients...���� The CEO & Owners Brother James H.
