Cleveland Cleanpro - Carpet Cleaner

Jim of Cleveland Cleanpro did a great job on our carpeting. He was courteous and explained the process as he worked. The carpeting will be dry to walk on in about 2 hrs. and it looks great! We could recommend his service and would use Cleanpro again in the future.

This carpet cleaning company is excellent, in fact without comparison when I think about previous cleaners. Jim is pleasant, polite, patient and explained each step along the way. I had a Groupon Coupon for two rooms, but I added a third once he was here and the lady living below me had him do her steps and hallway too. We love the results, dried quickly and very clean. Looks like new carpet. I will never have any other company but this one when needing their services.

Jim & Sandy were both very professional yet so easy to deal with. Speaking with both of them was very comfortable, they were very polite & easygoing--like 2 old friends. I had a coupon for my service and sometimes I can get weary when receiving discounted service--sometimes corners get cut, or there are hidden fees, NONE here. I did purchase some extras on top of my carpet cleaning:the stain pre-treatment, deodorizers & stain guard. Now, I can't say how well the stain guard works yet b/c I haven't spilled anything (and hope not to for a long time) but my carpet looked great before Jim even got to use the machines he brought for the job. He was very thorough, much more-so than I was. He had a keen eye for little details in my carpet that I didn't notice. He spent alot of time on my carpet and when things were all said and done they looked terrific. I'm not one of those people to say it was good as new, you'd never believe me, but when i say they looked practically brand new (besides normal wear in some places--and the cleaning can't fix that) it's no joke. I've never written a review on here before, but I'd have been doing them a huge disservice to not come on and give them the praise they deserve after all the attention to detail and hard work he put into my house, which was in my opinion well above and beyond the price I paid. Jim did an excellent job, while being courteous and always with a smile. If you need your carpets cleaned, don't look anywhere else .
