I ride weekly, to work and to the grocery store I have had many pleasant experiences and I'm overall satisfied with their service. I don't know what I would do without them since I cannot drive. 5 - 20 minutes has been my average wait time over the years If I were to guess.

Today My husband had to take a taxi to work, when he called they said they don't come at set times and that he had to wait for whenever they get there. He was short a dollar because he lost some change, so he offered to leave all his stuff in the car so he could run in to the atm. The guy told him to get his crap out of his car because he didnt have the time. He also said he knows where he lives and to expect him to come collect. If your driver leaves without full payment that is on him. He shouldn't have left or been so rude. As the only Taxi service in Pendleton you really need to get your act together and be nicer to your customers. The last experience I myself have had, your driver was an hour later just 15-20 minutes away. News flash it doesnt take an hour to go anywhere in this town. And i was over a half hour late to work. We shouldnt have to pay for such shitty service.

Granddaughter had a babysitting job. Called elite taxi for a ride home at 11 pm. Was told they don't give rides only to people going to work or appointments. He was also very rude to her. Why call themselves a taxi service. They surely aren't serving.

first cab ride over 1 hour wait time really?? the 2nd one was not much better and cost me 20 bucks to go 1.5 miles he had to wait a few minutes for us to put sutff in car but really that's too spendy

I would rate this business ZERO stars if I could. They are terrible. I am a local in Pendleton. I have called for a taxi numerous times and waited an hour after they say it will be 15 minutes. If u call them back they tell you to deal with it. They are completely unproffessional . If u ask to speak to the owner they give you a fax number. Some of th drivers are polite but overall they are terribly unproffessional. It's unfortunate they are the only business taxi wise in town. Please Uber PLEASE come to Pendleton and teach these people respect

Most horrible service ever, they say they are going to show up and you wait forever or they don't try to contact you when they do show up. Been left stranded many times and always in the middle of the night. I wish we had another service to compete maybe they would at least put some effort in but as of right now they said ten minutes and we have been waiting almost 30 minutes outside in the cold how do you justify treating paying customers like this

Horrible service, they don't wait or get a telephone number for the party they're picking up. They don't show up on time. And the dispatcher is very rude and likes to hang up on you when you question there arrival time. I was very offended and dissatisfied that they made me miss my important appointment!
