The service we received at the facility was 5 stars with out a doubt, the preparation leading up to the event was on point every month. Ms. Alicia went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and wants to make the event a success; in which it was. Very memorable moment and event.

The food was disgusting. The staff didn't speak english. I will never attend another event here. I would have rather gone to a drive thru

We had our wedding reception on November 2015 here and the venue was perfect. The staff is very professional. Alicia was great at all times. They are flexible and the venue is exquisite. I would highly recommend Jubilee Ballroom. Their waiters and decorator was also very helpful and professional

My event at Jubilee was a few weeks back. It was my daughter's sweet 16. Alicia the manager was extremely helpful. The place was beautiful but I had another theme and needed to change things around and they were extremely accommodating . The DJ was ok, I've heard better DJ's. The food was good, but a little cold. The photographer and videographer were wonderful. I just wish that Jubilee had security camera's as cards with money were taken that night. I watched the video from the videographaer and most of the night you could see that not one of my guest went by the card box as they were having too much fun. At the end of the night, one of the servers brought me my daughter's gifts and the cardbox, it was detached. At that moment I did not think to check if any cards were missing. That night I did realize one card was missing and called Alicia right away. Of course she said nothing showed up and nothing had ever been taken before and that sought of thing never happened there. Which from a reliable source told me that was a lie. Things had been taken previous at a lot of parties. A lot of money was taken that night and I am heartbroken that such a beautiful night ended in such a sad situation. I'm a single mom and went beyond and above my means to give my daughter a night she would never forget. Well, we will surely never forget. Jubilee is a beautiful place and nice environment. Just make sure someone in your family is in charge of taking care of the cards as that was my mistake.

I just have a event on Jubilee Ballroom on August 8, 20015 and everything was perfect, the food,the service,the decoration,the music,etc

It's a very nice venue with a lots of parking and the inside is decorated wonderfully !!!!!

THEY RUINED THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!! My wedding started over an hour late!!! The place was not decorated on time!!!! Table numbers were on the wrong tables!!! Guest had to move after eating appetizers!!! bartender was hitting on my guests!!! They lost the flutes I brought from my parents wedding (IRREPLACEABLE) THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS!!! THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT!!! DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

Our mom's 85th birthday party was on August 6, 2015 and we would rate the ballroom as a 5 out of 5! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the dj was on point. From the clean-cut and elegant decor to the pleasant staff, this phenomenal venue really helped our family and friends celebrate this important milestone with our beloved mom. A big thank you to Alicia and her staff who worked professionally the night of the party.

My wedding was on February 1, 2014 and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect night. The waiters were very attentive and were able to find a way to please everyone at my party. The DJ played every type of music that i had asked for. The food and the cake were delicious and the ballroom was decorated just how i like it. Overall, the banquet was very clean and looked like it was taken care of very well. My wedding was perfect and I recommend Jubilee Ballroom to EVERYONE!

Disappointment all the way. Bad food and service. they are so unprofessional and their way of dealing with the customers and the vendors is the worst.



Do yourself a favor..., RUN AWAY from them

Jubilee ballroom made my quinceañera a phenomenal night! The food I asked to serve was cooked well and warm for all my guests. There was adequate room for everyone to dance and enjoy the evening. The ballroom was fantastically decorated! All the servers were very attentive. As well as the DJ played the songs I asked for. I couldn't complain. The cake was extremely tasty! And the temperature inside was neither too hot not too cold. The party planner was incredibly nice and understood all my recommendations and opinions. The evening was amazing and over all, I'm glad I chose Jubilee. Thank you so much for making my quince such a memorable night!

I HAD MY MOM'S BIRTH-DAY PARTY AT JUBILEE BALLROOM ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. IT WAS A SURPRISE B-DAY PARTY SHE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. I CAN TELL YOU THAT SHE HAD SO MUCH FUN THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR. I WILL DEFENITELY RATE THIS A 5 STAR. THANKS SO MUCH

Jubilee Ballroom was the site for our daughter's Sweet Sixteen party on December 9th. A year of planning went into this event, but it should go without saying that when the day finally arrived everything met our expectations and more. All our guests highly complimented the staff and professionalism in which everything unravelled. From the set-up, to the decoration, the food, the bar... everything looked and turned out gorgeous.
