I feel I need to write this review because I read some bad reviews before I decided to make an appointment in this office. I can give some feedback after my experience today. Is true that the waiting area is not as fancy but is clean. I had the best communication with the front desk from the moment I went in they help me immediately. There were womans of all ages and everything went smooth and on time. Then the nurses help me with my vitals and settle in the room, they were very friendly, but not loud and you could tell they were interested in helping you around. Now, Dr. Martin was Awesome, he was very personable and listen to what I had to tell him, and I am not an easy person to deal with. He treated me like a gentleman and ask me very on point questions about my health. At the end he helped me to seat up and even prescribe me to have bone density test, something new for me. So I feel bad for all the bad reviews, because they don't deserve them. Also I notice that the Doctors don't skip giving employment to so many woman that work in different areas in the office. In general, I would recommend this office, they take many insurances that others wouldn't, like Medicare HMO and that helps the community. Again, Thank You

I am extremely happy I have found this doctor. The wait time is about 30 mins to an hour and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I love how well the dr listens and try to make me feel comfortable. He is extremely good at giving you detailed information. I am not dreading coming back because they have created a very welcoming environment.

I had mal practice done by this doctor ! If this happened to you contact me please we can sue this bastard

I hate this place the worst ever, Charged me twice on my co pay and wont return my money. Making waste my time. My appointment was at 11 and someone finally attended me at 12:30. Took time out of work for me. Horrible!!! never going back to this crappy place.

Horrible staff!! AND this time the dr. can't save the staff, I just cant get pass the incompetence. Time for a new gyno!

They really are just horrible. I dread going there, always 2 hour + wait time, and most of the staff are just rude. I've been trying to get my medical records released for the past 3 weeks but every time I check on them: 'request hasn't been processed', 'can't find your form', 'yes we said 4-5 business days but we really mean 6-9', 'well you didn't say you wanted your records from last year, we just assumed this years'.

I literally made a special trip to the office to request my records, indicating that I needed ALL of my records including last years, and today 3 weeks later they tell me they didn't go to the storage unit to find my 2014 records (which is exactly what we talked about in the first place!!!) and now I have to wait an additional 4-5 business days. Please don't put any faith in them to do their jobs efficiently, safe yourself time and go elsewhere.

I had my first visit in the Pembroke Pines office last Monday. I decided to give it a shot despite bad reviews. The waiting room is a little outdated, but nothing you can't handle. The staff was just fine and my wait time was only about 20 minutes. I like the doctor that saw me, and hope that she will see me every time. The reason for a 3 star rating is because it was only my first visit. Will keep you updated!

Please do NOT go here!! The staff is horrible! I went twice and both times waiting for two hours in the waiting room to ask them why it was taking so long and they said they wete waiting on my referral when the referral had already came an hr and a half prior to that!! It was horrible as they lied to my face when i saw my doctors nurse bring it to them bc i had called them to do so ( they are only two doors down) then the front desk lady said ohh I see it in the fax but when i got there ahe did not see it in there she said. Horrible place. Dont trust them

With your body. More like a mill house. This place is so packed all day everyday that there is not even seating but as you can see the is not even the worst part.

HORRIBLE! I go to the location in miramar but I haven't been since I had my son so about two years now. But I came with a friend at the Pembroke Pines location and the wait time was ridiculous. As I sit in the waiting room still I decided to write this review. The appt was for 11:30 and it is currently 1:41 and we have yet to be seen by the doctor. No curtesy of a MA saying I'm sorry for the wait we will be with you shortly. He Dr is caught up. This is ridiculous. I will make it a point to write on every review possible about how bad service is. 5 thumbs down. Oh and there is no excuse because I work in the medical field as well.

This is the most horrible office staff that I have ever seen in my life. I think that the whole staff needs to retake a customer service class. Also they need to remember that not all of their customers are Spanish. I would if at all possible avoid this location. They're never on time for the appointment. The staff is just plain RUDE!!!!!!

Future mothers and fathers, please avoid this place like the plague. This place is not a doctor's office but a butcher shop. Going beyond the untrained, unsophisticated and rude staff, my issue is with the negligent doctors. In short, on our 3rd miscarriage we asked if they had looked at wife's hormones and they said, no. Fast forward, progesterone was off and that is the hormone that let's a woman hold her baby. Without it, babies will be miscarried. thanks a lot "doctors" or should I say "butchers" for the malpractice.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!! Never in my life have I been attended so horribly at a doctors office ... Keeping in mind I just moved here about 8 months ago from Puerto Rico, which is very good at giving crappy costumer service and treatment especially at doctors offices and hospitals BUT Global ObGyn is by far the worst I've ever experienced. If you're looking for a Doctor that will guide you through your pregnancy, answer questions, tend to you with patience, care and be reliable DO NOT !! DO NOT !! go to this ObGyn. When I was about 9-10 weeks pregnant was my first appt and I made the appt to be seen by Dr. Stephan Novak . My first impression was not that great but I try to be as optimistic as possible at all times, I thought once I saw the doctor It'll all blow over, the office was super full, and I waited quite awhile.Once I went in a midwife walks into the rooms and starts explaining who she is and asking me questions, I never saw Dr. Novak not that day and not even till about 6 weeks later! But this midwife was actually very nice and I liked her so I made my next appt thinking that I'll see Dr. Novak. Meanwhile they sent me to get some blood test done. At the next appt I saw Dr. Robert Klien which was who made me start hating the place, he doesn't explain anything. doesn't let you talk, just walks in, says " ok you look good , everything is ok (looking over the record) , lets listen to the heartbeat, ok great! " they starts telling me that my blood tests came in and I was a carrier for SMN1 Gene, and I didn't know what that was, so I asked him and he said " I don't know, it says here ( looking at his phone) its this this and that, but we'll set you up with a specialist and he'll explain it better " I could have done that ... google it .. Then my vomiting started getting really bad and I couldn't even drink water everything I tried to eat or drink I would throw up so after about 2 days I went to the hospital and they gave me medication. I went several times back to global obgyn to explain to them what was going on and since I was never being seen by the same doctor I had to explain over and over again what was happening, but the doctors never wanted to give me a prescription for the vomiting. About the 3 time I went to the hospital they told me I have hyperemesis which is that I was too sensitive to the hormones of pregnancy and I couldn't eat or drink anything without taking zofran.At this point I had lost about 6lbs in like 3-4 weeks, and the doctor actually told me you have to start gaining wait which was a slap in the face to me because I had been trying to explain what was going on for the past month and they kept telling me "oh its normal" ... the doctors never took an actual concern about what was going on my situation. thankfully at 18 weeks my hyperemesis went away, it was supposed to at 16 weeks but took a bit longer. I'm going to a new gynecologist, I'm off any medication, still have yet to gain the whole 6lbs back plus what Im supposed to gain weekly as of my second trimester and its been a bit hard but I'm trying. I have a small belly but my baby is super healthy. The staff there are horrible, I'm hispanic and really don't look like it (I'm blonde with light eyes) and half the time they talk about you in spanish in your face, it's really rude, in a state like Florida its really risky to think or assume one is one thing or what someone is not. At the end of it all as if these people aren't crappy enough when I asked for my records, they told me I needed to sign a form and wait 3-5 days and pay 1$ per page of my record... 3-5 days to make copies of a record (something that takes about 15 mins max to do) ... a whole dollar per page !! As far as this doctors office goes this place should be shut down!!

Worst place ever!!! Gave this place a shot despite the bad reviews. Dr. Klein delivered me 26 years ago.. My mom hated him but they took my insurance and were open late. So the waiting room looked like a construction site. I got my pap done which was pretty quick. A week later I got a bill for over $1000. I called them and the lady told me she will research it and call me back. 2 days go by so I call again and she tells me it's all taken care of. Apparently they didn't bill my insurance company. Strike 1. Then 5 months later.. I get a call from them saying they overlooked my test results and it turns out my pap was positive for HPV. 5 months later they notice this!!! They said I need to come in for another pap to be sure. I called my old ob gyn who thank god was now taking my insurance and they told me I did not need another pap. I needed a biopsy. They also told me how many complaints they get about global from patients who have been there. Global wanted me to get that second pap so they can make more money off my insurance company. My ob gyn told me to get my results from them and to come in for a biopsy in 2 days. I called global gyn and asked them to send my records to my new place and they were so rude. They told me I would need to sign a form and it would take 5 business days for them to send it. My appointment was in 2 days. Even my ob gyn called them to request the records and they refused to send them. I went into the office and told them I am not leaving until they fax over my records. They were all standing around chatting not doing a thing. If you have nothing to do.. Then why not send a simple fax or is that too difficult for you. Apparently reading test results is too difficult because it took them 5 months to call me. I made it known to everyone in the waiting room how horrible their service was and I hope I can reach everyone so no one ever sets foot in their office. They also still send me bills for $86.00 for god knows what. Ha! They will never receive a dime from me!

I have had bad pain for a few days now so I decided to call them, unfortunately I just started a job so I don't have health ins at the moment, I disclosed all this info when I called to make an appt. I was told it would be 50 dollars, I also asked if I had to get a sonogram without insurance, how much would that be. They said 200. And finally asked about extracting the Mirena, how much... she told me 150. I said on and made a appt for the next day (today). Now I'm here waiting for over 3 hours for the office manager because they are charging me 95 for the office visit... but everything else was quoted correctly, go figure. Office manager must be waiting me out and I feel like my uterus is going to explode. Thank you global for the aggregation and disastrous customer service.

This guy is an idiot. Im not an obgyn but he should have known that my mom could be having twins - severe morning sickness, the size of her uterus throughout her pregnancy, a heart beat that was moving all over the uterus when there were no fetal movements (that means there are 2 heartbeats). Instead he assumed it was a HuGE baby so he does an awful episiotomy on my mother without explaining the cons of the procedure, then tells my mom if he would have known she was having twins he would have done a cesearean. How awful. Ignorant, arrogant, incompetant.

I have never received such poor care in my entire life! The office staff is the lowest of the low. the wait time t see a doctor is ridiculous. I received 3 different call backs about a blood test.. each call back with a different result. When I went into the office to retake the blood test I was told I was called in by mistake and that there was nothing in my file about needing a blood test. When I asked to speak with the doctor to get clarity on what was going on the doctor said the offcie staff misunderstood what she asked for. Later I am automatically charged $20.00 for that mistaken visit!! I have called the office manager Jackie for the last 4 days and she is avoiding the call. Total fraud..I feel badly for the doctors associated with this group.

Great Office, Great Doctors, Great Staff, Great sonogram Screen, Just Great ! Highly recommend it !!!

these reviews are old, this office is really nice, they must have remodeled it cause i have been to this office for many years and idk where theses people get these reviews !!!! idiots ! this office is super clean, huge waiting room, lots of doctors, women and men doctors alot of staff members, everyone helps you theyr point is to get you in an out, no one is ever happy wethere its too cold or too hot, or not who they want to see or too many doctors to choose from, come on people get a life you $#%T isnt gold, these doctors are great profesionals and they knw what they are doing, dr,. klein did my c-section n i barely have a scar. dr maslyak always give me extra samples, and if i want more i just talk to the staff and they help me out, they are great and super nice, and they speak diffrent language. i highly recomend this place..dont listen to those other comments, this office is great and they have like three locations, idk but its totally worth your time.If i ever come out prgnt I will come back just like everyone else that goes there have been there for years and have had all of they children with them, my girlfreind has been looking forever for a russian doctor and she found dr. maslyak there she is great.
