Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've done lots of business over the years with several Firestone locations, but this location is subpar to say the least. I asked them to replace 3 tires, change my oil and to fix the power steering that wasn't properly fixed the first time I paid them to fix it. Long story short, Exaul the tech working on my car broke all 3 of the middle caps on my rims. Corey (the front desk agent) called me to "inform" me that the caps can "possibly" break due to dry rot (I believe they broke the caps and then gave me a terrible excuse to cover what already happened because they've replaced my tires in the past and this has never happened). When I asked about my power steering, Corey floundered to find an excuse on why it wasn't done and then told me that I had to leave the car overnight to have a diagnostic done. I thought this would've been done before they returned my vehicle to me, since I specifically requested they look into this. I ended up speaking to the manager Ceasar about my power steering, and he basically told me that the issue the car was having was my fault. He then recommended I go elsewhere to get it fixed because they can't fix it. Some service I received! If your the franchisee of this location and you're reading this, your workers are a reflection of how you run your business and if this isn't a reflection of how you do things, I recommend you look into your employees and the work they put out. **BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE** Corey also tried to include road hazard protection in my bill for the new tires, without telling me. If you decide to go to a Firestone near Pines, don't visit this location and be sure to make the trip elsewhere if you want any sort of quality.

Worst service I ever had. They charge for tire rotation but don't rotate tires. Then they told me that they don't have right toll, after I request my car back they told me that they will do tire rotation right now. Did I tell that I was wait 4 hours when they promise 2. Any way if some thing happens with my car befor my next service, it is they fold. Because they dont use prospered tools. I will not recommend this location to anybody. Bad bad service.
