I was in the store two days after my abdominal lypo surgery. As I was swollen, the saleswoman who assisted me (Hillary) told me not to try the breast, as the liquid could soil it, and buy the medium size. I asked what I would do if my size was not that, she replied that she would note on the back of the purchase note that I had not tried it, and that I would have up to seven days after purchase to make a return. After I went to my doctor and tried on the brace. He recommended me a larger size. I came back to the store and was attended by another saleswoman who came in at least snapping saying that it was impossible to make the exchange: exchanges are made only by returning the product in perfect condition. I asked what the perfect conditions would be and she told me that I would need to be in the packaging and with the paper tag attached to it. I asked her: do you see that the strap is intact? She said yes, but it didn't matter: without the paper tag and without the package it is impossible! Outraged, I still tried to argue, since Hillary never gave me this information: she only told me that I had 7 days to change the note. If she had oriented me, I would have saved everything. The saleswoman said I was lying but it still didn't matter, I wasn't going to change. I tried to explain that it was not my own, that I was misled by the store saleswoman, but there was no talk. I then asked to speak to the manager, Margarita, who was even more stupid than the saleswoman. They said that in the USA you don't trade any products without this paper tag. Absurd, because there is something I admire in this country and respect for the consumer. They assume that the customer is important and is being honest. I understand the rules they have for trading, but I don't understand why I didn't receive proper guidance at the time of purchase. When I asked this I was told that the problem was mine: that I had to know! At least weird. I don't work selling surgical braces.

Custom serive is great, but products are horrible. I bought a faja from the Pembroke Pines location in January and it is already ripping and holes are everywhere. Even the stitching is coming apart. Very cheap quality I will never buy from this store again.
