Alice's Enrichment Center

Horrible school and poor management. The owners owned two schools and closed them both. Leaving the parents short notice on finding a new school for their children. And didn't give the parents who were away on vacation notice. So upon returning they were unable to get their children's belongings. So sad.

STAY AWAY! This daycare charges a lot of money and they do not provide enough. For example, the graduation ceremony had no chairs for parents, summer camp has no activities at all, staff and teachers are always changing due to low pay and work conditions, right now the afternoon’s manager it’s a teenager.

The owner never wants to talk to parents. They only show up to take the money, which every week he displays his “cars collection”, a Ferrari, Porsche and a Mercedes.

I just feel that my money is going to his “Enrichment” instead of giving kids a warm and comfortable place while they are away from their parents.

Terrible place. The priority of this daycare is not the children, its money. The staff is terrible and the school is not clean. This school is beyond bad. I went to pick up my 18 month old baby and he was lose with older and mush bigger children. When I got there a 2nd person ran in the room. Also, everyday he has not been eating his dinner. I was told by one of the caregivers that they give the children snacks all day to keep them quite. DO not put your child in these care. I just found another place that is better, includes food and cameras and its the same price. Just search!

Terrible school! I took my child out of this school after the child complained of a teacher treating him roughly. Even after such a serious episode the management refused to share the videos of the classroom with us nor did they refund our deposit back. If something happens here you know that you are on your own. Terrible experience. Stay away.

My wife say she love this school, I also talked to my daughter, and she says she enjoyed it very much.

I came to this preschool after taking my child out of another one that was just awful. The teachers are nice, the rest of the staff is good. First preschool I actually like.

My baby has been going to alices for three years, since he was recently born. I will admit a while back there was a bad administration, but thank God that was fixed. The new administration is great. My baby love his teacher, I would recommend it to anyone.

i started taking my child to this school a few months now. i love!! the teachers, they just put in a knew administration, and they have really turned the place around. I have to say, i'm really happy that my kids are going to this school. I would recommend this preschool to anyone.

Pros: immaculate facility.

Cons: Very unprofessional. Management is constantly changing. These new people are constantly adding random charges throughout the year and increasing their prices. Very dissatisfied with their selection of teachers. They had ONE teacher that was incredible named Ms. Tracy. Very attentive teacher. Otherwise, the staff is ridiculous. I was horrified with the lack of awareness for the children from the staff. My son became more outgoing and full of spunk and spirit upon removing him from the school. I once found my 2 year old eating an old sandwich from a random lunchbox. It goes without saying I immediately removed him from the school. He is learning so much faster now. It is absolutely ridiculous how unorganized and money hungry the director is. PLEASE save yourself from years full of headache, worry, and regret. And for the sake of your child, do NOT expose them to such inattentive care. There are PLENTY of other much better daycares in the area. Do your research :)

I am a father of three children and all my kids have attended this school. My last child is graduating this year from alices. I really have enjoyed this school and the staff it has. I recommend this school to anyone that is looking for a daycare. Hoped my review help.

This school is very bad all they care about is money and the staff is soo rude they don't know how to talk to other people. After going thru soo many things I took my daughter out of this school

the ladies at the front desk are so rude, and not helpful. they have a lot of advertising about saturday care but they dont even provide it unless they have a high demand? false advertising

Great school, the teacher at this school are very professional and take care the children very well. The school is always very clean and tidy. The receptionist is really nice.

If you want a good daycare i would chose this one.

I visit recently the school facilities to take information about the center, first when I been there around 7:30 am, the woman who attend us, she can speak a good english, also we can saw many kids in one classroom, all ages together and a lots of noise. My wife she knows a little bit of spanish, hear another parent making complain from the number of kids in the same room, the lady who I remembered, her name is Lily, never gave him a response also ignored him as well, I like the facilities but we decide to don't enroll our girl there. Parent take care and open your eyes, " everything can bright, but everything isn't gold."
