        There are certain businesses that I hold to a higher standard for customer service. Publix is certainly one of them. So when I was told today by a pharmacy tech "Don't get huffy with me," I was very much taken aback. After having shown up at the store twice to pick up medication that had been promised to me, only to find that they still didn't have it, I was justifiably (and perhaps too obviously) upset. But rather than listen to my concerns, she immediately met me with condescension. The pharmacist did listen, but he was one of four people who had stated that the medication would be ready for me. I appreciated his efforts to appease me, but I will absolutely never visit this Publix pharmacy again and am shocked that I heard those words come out of the tech's mouth.
