Tan Zone

I have been a tan zone customer for years and have been pleased with the services and products available to me.I have been visiting the Hoover location and have had great experiance sense, everyone there has been very knowledgeable about the products that I use I'm very happy!

Not sure what those other 2 reviews are about, but I've been with Tan Zone for a year or so & absolutely love the staff & their beds! They changed the bulbs twice since I started going there & I only pay $25 a month for unlimited tanning. Plus you get free upgrades ALL the time. Never going to another salon again :)

I purchased a 3 month package. The closer it got to the time running out, the worse my tanning sessions got. The regular tanning beds are awful. Either the lamps burn your legs, the face tanner lights are messed up in the specific beds (once, only one bulb worked on the left side of the lamp). There were several times the fans were either broke or not functional. Many times, the beds were not really clean. And the staff - one young lady, in particular, was so rude. When I'd stop by after work, she'd say there were no beds available and it was going to be a15-20 minute wait. And as soon as another lady would return from cleaning a bed, she'd send me right on back. This same lady (the one who was so rude) kept pushing products every time I visited - and telling me what works for her. I specifically told her I was not interested. She is very fair skinned - and what works for someone does not necessarily work for another. She kept saying, I feel bad for you - you really need to purchase this product. I've been tanning since she was a youngster, am very open to new lotions and know what works for me. Am looking for another tanning salon in the Pelham area. Don't think I want to go back there...too many bad experiences during this past month. Am not at all impressed with the staff...attitudes need work!
