‘Electrifying’ ‘ Rock Stars’ help us find the perfect car.

Craig King (marketing professional who assisted us at Ray Dennison Chevrolet) is a “Rock Star” when it comes to putting people and cars together. The Chevrolet Volt is ‘Electrifying’. We began looking for a new car in January of 2018. Our decision to purchase a 2018 or 2017 model narrowed between three dealers. Craig King worked many hours to assemble our deal. We are thrilled with the 2017 VOLT he matched us with. It is way better than we had originally imagined.
While I understand longer reviews are not popular I ask the reader to indulge these few additional thoughts.
Financial Officer Gary Geraci is another ‘Rock Star’. He is a 25-year veteran of Dennison Chevrolet. Gary Geraci finalized our deal. We purchase a specific extended warranty for our electric Volt. He presented the options. Some dealers 'ram-rod' buyers into poor and very costly decisions at closing. In contrast Gary Geraci was informative and helpful.
An unseen, but important factor worth review was done in Parts. It proves why my satisfaction is 75% based on Ray Dennison Parts and Service Departments. Joe Fardels’ work will "electrify" my VOLT during the recharge cycle. Here is what he did:
I wanted a specific (OEM) fast rate dual voltage charge station for my volt. Joe researched the various options and presented them to me. He called area dealership parts departments to determine availability. Joe arranged for the fast rate dual voltage charging station to be delivered to me before I left the dealership! Parts Engineer Joe Fardel is truly ‘electrifying’.
The GM charging unit is manufactured and tested for the express use by the VOLT. The time Joe Fardel worked doing the research and finding the inventory is more helpful to customer satisfaction than many dealers know.
My conclusion is that Ray Dennison Chevrolet goes beyond. Before, during and after the sale.

They were willing to stand behind the products they sell even when Gm wasn't.

I go to school and had recently purchaced a new suv and about 3 months after the cd i put in the cd player got jammed. Bob Doktor and all the Ray dennison team worked around my schedule to get my car serviced immeadiatley. The people at Ray Dennison are kind and caring people i highly recommend this dealership!
